Nicole was great and very knowledgeable about the area. We had a great snow play day with our 8yr old daughter seeing snow for the first time. The tour was flexible with whatever we wanted to do and for first timers to the snow it was great to not have to worry about chains and where we were going. You also don't have to worry about heading up the mountain to early as with a tour guide even with the road closed they will be allowed through. Thank you again for a great day.
